STATE AWARD 2011

In recognition of services to get 17 Punjabis releived from the death sentence from Dubai, The Govt. of Punjab honoured Dr. S.P. Singh Oberoi with State AWARD of the YEAR, 2011.



                Govt. also appreciated his contribution to providing assistance in development projects in the state- viz installation of Commercial RO systems in schools, improving infrastructure in academic institution & adoption of many students in Schools/ Colleges/ Universities and other welfare activities in almost all Jails of Punjab by providing RO systems for supply of purified water, Computer training Centres, Flour Kneeding Machines & Opening Crèches etc.



                The award was conferred by S. Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister  of Punjab in Amritsar on  August 15, 2011.
